   My name is Balaji Sowmyanarayanan. I live in Chennai, India. I am presently working on combining craft with technology to create products of high utility value and asethetic appeal. I wish to transfer this know how to artisans and craftsmen. I am starting off with a specific product that solves a specific pain point and that has a huge market out here - so that I can quickly boot strap the concept( Equity through Innovational Empowerment).
   So far it has taken a lot of time, yet it was a very worthwhile experience for me.
    My other interests are in yoga and meditation. Also keeping track of how technology transforms the society/economy.
    I make myself available as a sounding board for a handful of my fellow small business entreprenuers. I love to critique thier ideas, plans and strategy  to add value.
     My home is at a culturally and spiritually happenning place at Chennai. I am not married yet - still looking. My elder brother lives in Delhi. And my 2 sisters are in Chennai.
     I am a vegetarian by birth and by choice.
